How to work with Heyday Digital Agency

Looking for help with your marketing or need copy written for your next project?

Heyday would love to help! But how do you get started? Well for us it all starts with 'hello'

  1. Your initial enquiry You can get in touch with me, Hannah of Heyday Digital, by sliding into my inbox hello@heydaydigitalagency.co.uk or by filling out one of our contact forms right here on the Heyday website. I'm an email-on-at-all-times kind of woman so you'll hear back from me within 24 hours.

  2. Getting to know you We will set up a meeting in person at your favourite coffee shop, your office or local hangout or digitally, on Zoom, teams or FaceTime, or whatever takes your fancy and have a discovery session. During this session we will chat about your brand, how you operate, the challenges you're facing and of course your project requirements and how Heyday can help.

  3. Heyday Proposal Following our talk, I will put together a full proposal with cost-scaled options to suit your budget and project requirements. From there you will have time to look at your options and decide what options presented work best for you.

  4. Getting to work Once given the green light I will begin work on your project, lead times will vary depending on the project type and level of detail and support required. We will check in at regular agreed intervals and work closely with you and your team to achieve your desired outcome.

  5. Feedback and analysis At the conclusion of the project, we have the option of scheduling a call to discuss the project and report back on key campaign/project insights. During the call, we can make suggestions on how we can further work together and make recommendations for moving forward.

And that's all there is to it! We'd love to hear more about your upcoming projects and marketing requirements so please feel free to drop us a 'hello'
